I have a serious weakness for chocolate, so one of my first priorities when beginning a gluten free diet was to find all the gluten free recipes I could that had the main ingredient of CHOCOLATE!
These gluten free chocolate chip cookies are a real winner. I have actually made a few batches of these gluten free cookies for my daughters sleep-over party… and they all loved them. Naturally, I didn’t mention ‘gluten free’ - all they cared about was chocolate (just like ME!)
This gluten free recipe is always at the front of my recipe box. Enjoy!

Just a note: It is common for those that have a gluten intolerance to also have a lactose intolerance. I have tried this gluten free biscuit recipe with soy milk being used in place of whole milk. They still taste great!
