How I learned to Accept and LIVE gluton freeI have a serious weakness for chocolate, so one of my first priorities when beginning a gluten free diet was to find all the gluten free recipes I could that had the main ingredient of CHOCOLATE!

Living a gluten free lifestyle has been a challenge at times… especially when I think back to those biscuits!

I was so happy to get this gluten free bread recipe for biscuits from a friend of mine. A few tweaks and this biscuit recipe was perfect for me. It’s a standard gluten-free recipe in this house!

Just a note: It is common for those that have a gluten intolerance to also have a lactose intolerance. I have tried this gluten free biscuit recipe with soy milk being used in place of whole milk. They still taste great!
